An initiative to encourage women entrepreneurship through AVI Arogya's Nutrition Management series Wednesday Wisdom by Women. An initiative by AgriVaidic Integration much ahead of the Womens' Day month is designed to feature women entrepreneurs and encourage entrepreneurship market place by women in the startup eco system. 68% of women graduates in India are not in the work-force today. India's women are leaving the work-force at an astonishing rate with less than 20% labor force participation. The startup ecosystem doesn't fare much better -

• Women represent only 14% of entrepreneurs in India, mostly unfunded
• Only 5 out of the 136 unicorns in India are founded by women
• Female founders raise just 2% of VC money in 2021
• Out of the 10,000 angel investors in India, only 1% are women. Closing the gender gap can add $50b-$100b to India's GDP every year and accelerate our journey towards becoming a leading economy.
